We are getting a Chipotle in Buffalo! For those of you that know the Ricks family you know that this is a love of most people in the family and for those of you that have been to Buffalo you know that good Mexican food is few and far between. So needless to say we're pretty excited. It's expected to open in December or early 2010!

WHAT?! How exciting. This means you don't have to drive up to Toronto for a little piece of heaven. =) We miss Chipotle so much. I make something similar here, but nothing can compare.
